You submit your resume to a GTR  team member via the web
2.
We place your resume into the most appropriate Specialty Practice database
3.
You may be called by a GTR professional for a telephone interview now or at a later date to enhance your personal profile
4.
You may be contacted by a GTR consultant about a specific current opportunity or at a later date
5.
Once you agree to entertain a specific opportunity, your GTR  representative presents your information for consideration by the appropriate hiring manager(s) at our client organization
6.
We re-contact you once our client has expressed interest in talking with you by telephone or in person
7.
Once an interview has been set, your consultant will fully prepare you for the interview
8.
During the interview process, you will be given specific and beneficial feedback to assist you
9.
Your GTR  representative will spearhead all negotiations on your behalf
10.
An array of services is at your disposal at no cost including relocation assistance and financial needs assistance (401K rollover and mortgage)
11.
Your consultant stays in contact with you and watches you excel in your exciting new career!
